Following on from ParentPay and Schoolcomms joining forces, we are delighted to be able to share some exciting news with you.
ParentPay Limited are today announcing that we have acquired Cypad, a leader in tablet and web based solutions for school catering, local authorities and catering service organisations.
Commenting on the deal, Clint Wilson, Group Chief Executive of ParentPay said, “By joining together the UK leaders of online payment, meal ordering and kitchen management solutions, we
bring to the market a breadth and depth of solution not currently available. This unique offering
delivers the best school meal management platform to parents, schools and caterers across the UK.”

delivery expertise. This adds a new dimension to our growth strategy, allowing us to extend deeper
into our customers’ operations, delivering even greater value and better service to them.”
Under the agreement, signed on 29th December 2017, ParentPay Limited has acquired Cypad Limited, and the transaction has the full and unanimous support of both companies.
This allows us to extend ParentPay’s product offering with a comprehensive meal ordering, meal management and kitchen management solution for primary schools, MATs, LAs and caterers.
Cypad has developed a feature rich set of web applications, available on tablets in school kitchens and dining halls. Combined with our existing payment, dinner money management and meal booking solutions, we’ll be able to deliver together, a broader, more comprehensive product offering.
Our aim remains to deliver easy-to-use yet powerful, well-supported products to help make schools and parents lives easier.
